The bags, made by a local Iowa City firm, Cart by Cart are 18″ wide by 16″ tall, with a 6″ bottom gusset. Machine wash, cold & line dry. They are 100% natural, biodegradable (though why would you want to?), 10 oz. unbleached, undyed cotton canvas.
